To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

放工冇約人。係時候食買下好耐冇食既三哥。始終食譚仔。我都係鍾意食三哥多d. 尤其係呢隻三酸既湯底。今次又係食我最愛既雞肉。雞肉很滑，而且份量很多，而三酸湯底其實可謂係麻辣加酸既合體，所以有好多酸菜吊味。食落麻麻地酸酸地。但呢隻既小辣係辣過麻辣既小辣。所大家叫果陣小心d. 但今次美中不足係個湯底比之前淡左同稀左。之前係濃d. 但依然唔差。
