To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

作為三哥的忠實粉絲，我已經食土匪雞翼多次，每次都能享受到高水準的美食體驗。他們的雞翼絕對是招牌，外皮酥脆，肉質鮮嫩多汁，令人一試難忘。湯底方面更是無可挑剔，酸辣湯底和三哥酸辣蕃茄湯都保持一貫的高水準，酸辣適中，風味濃郁，從未讓我失望。下午茶時段更是超值，只需40幾元就能享用四隻雞翼、一碗兩餸米線和一杯凍飲，絕對是平價美食的首選。我強烈推薦大家來這間分店，這裡絕對是全香港三哥最好食的一間分店，無論是味道還是性價比都令人滿意，絕對值得一試！
