To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

該店提供不同的湯底，個人獨喜歡三哥酸辣湯底。近期除了米線，還增加了紐紋薯粉供食害選擇。薯粉跟三哥酸辣湯底很配合，比米線更配合。三哥酸辣湯底有不同香料，辣中帶酸，比普通酸辣多了香味。辣度可以選擇，初試者可選5小辣，香味不會減弱的。配料方面，豬膶、貢丸、雞肉、魚片頭都不錯。雞翼則一般，香味不足，味道一般。

Other Info. : 座位較迫，有時一張小圓桌都圍著7-8人，故較難拍照。 值得讚下是上菜，店內桌椅在兩旁，店員在中間通道用手推車送餐，不錯，不會看見店員手捧著熱湯走來走去，不會險象環生。
