To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

又食下譚仔三哥既晚上。今次叫左細既蒜泥白肉，清湯配扭紋粉 炸醬 魚腐同蕃茄湯配炸醬 牛肉 牛丸。2個都係炸醬fans，炸醬係有肥肉但唔算多，我好鐘意啖啖肉既感覺，但朋友就鐘意倒哂落湯，話入味d。魚腐就普通，無特別。牛丸都彈彈地厚肉，牛肉無根都幾好。扭紋粉食落好彈同煙銀，但就無米線吸湯力強。朋友大讚蕃茄湯算濃，蒜泥白肉多蒜但多左d油，好大蒜味
