To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 飯店牆上貼滿了三姐的得奬照片和跟tvb藝人的合照,有如名人飯堂,故此這裏的小菜一點也不便宜,由50多元至百多元不等。以村屋大牌檔格局飯店來說,價錢泊得住大酒樓。可是有主理人三姐撐場,食客似乎一點也不介懷價錢略貴,只因三姐相當親民豪爽,與食客打成一片,加上其名氣和食物質素,自有其捧場客。想一試三姐的廚藝,便可考慮在午飯時段前來,因為十分抵吃,只需三十多元便能嚐到一款小菜,送白飯一大碗,午餐餸菜的份量當然不及小菜多,但是一伙人叫上三數款,不用一百元便能吃盡多款住家式小菜,而且客人不多,不用等位或訂位,上菜速度也極快。這次除了午餐外,另外還叫了一款考功夫的小菜咕嚕肉,一試便知廚師的技藝有多高。通常在普通食肆吃這款菜,都會失望而回,不是粉太厚,便是肉太肥。這次吃到的豬肉夠軟滑,被一層脆口的薄外皮包著,咬下去時外脆內軟,每顆咕嚕肉的大小均稱,酸度適中,足料也入味,可謂名符其實的咕嚕肉。抵食午餐方面,最出色的是榨菜蒸雞。雞肉滑溜,完全沒有雪味。而榨菜則是出色的配角,因為無論是味道和辣度都很適中,而且每一塊都很大很工整,爽滑如鮮菇,是我吃過質量最好的榨菜片。光吃它也能扒進半碗白飯,胃口大開。總括來說
