To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食左大概有十年,間唔鐘都會去一次,從前都幾鐘意去三姐食飯,因為真係好食!但係自從三姐開始出名,呢間餐廳就越做越差,價錢越嚟越貴.加價冇問題,但加價之前應該將食物質素提昇,而唔係一邊加價,食物質數不停下降.除非食物質數可以提升返,否則絕對不會再去.其實你從前既味道,絕對收得起你今日既價錢.可惜,比我感覺,三姐好似已經冇咩心做了.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

不久前聽過朋友介紹,今晚難得這街坊朋友也推薦這間,所以抱着萬分期待來朝聖。。。。可惜中伏了。。。咸。。。又是咸。。。都是咸。。。雜菇扒時蔬,咸得出奇,本是相當健康又沒難度的一味家常菜式另一膳片炒四季豆。。。厨司,你也太手重了,又是咸出名的窩貼小棠菜。。。知道不是窩貼,也沒有小棠莱,是墨魚胶加上蛋漿去煮,口感一般,也沒有驚喜冷氣又不足,服務又不夠熱誠, 可能因為疫情,想叫椒盐九肚魚沒有,改為椒盬魷魚,也沒有。。。徹底失望,連一碗海鮮泡飯也夠嗆咸的呢

This was my fifth time to visit this restaurant. Despite I live far away from TKO, I am willing to travel a long way (around an hour) to have a dinner here with my friends. For sure, the environment here is not appealing, but with their hospitality and tasty dishes, it’s worth to come back again and again.I especially like their Deep Fried Abalone which is my all time favorite.

小貓三四隻,店員特別的推介豉油鷄,任何一區嘅燒臘店都好食得多,鷄唔新鮮,汁唔係豉油雞汁,係潮州滷水汁,聖子是死的,臭臭的, 金銀蛋莧菜過火,細鮑魚收五星級價錢$198兩隻,阿媽煮比起上來仲好味好食得多,豬蹄筋名過其實.…成晚最好就係支$38嘅黑啤,如果你有很多時間和金錢浪費可不妨一試,買個體驗去証明畀負評的朋友是正確的

晚上7:30左右到餐廳,正正星期三跑馬日,叫了菜之後跑了2場馬,1場30分鐘,共等了1小時後才來第一個菜。椒鹽豆腐,一般好吃,椒鹽皮做得不好食,好普通。菠蘿咕嚕肉,味道不錯但皮不脆。這2款菜式都是我個人十分喜愛吃的,雖然每間餐廳都必有,但做到好吃真的是教工夫的啫啫雞煲,味道不錯,雞比較小,看圖跑馬日

椒鹽豆腐,一般好吃,椒鹽皮做得不好食,好普通。
