To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 全部刺身都色澤透亮,肥美新鮮又夠凍;其中油脂超豐富既油甘魚仲系每日現場原條即切添,想唔新鮮都難😜


🦀️北海道鱈場蟹腳同松葉蟹腳🦀️


望到滿滿一大盆既蟹腳都咪話唔震撼,未食都已經好興奮🤩


2款蟹腳都好大隻,d殼又剪到可以好易剝開,店家真係好細心❤️


雖然蟹肉有少少海水味,但唔太影響到佢本身嘅鮮甜味,加上佢d肉質夠哂紮實同飽滿,食落啖啖肉真係好滋味,又爽又滿足🙌🏻

有A4宮崎和牛壽喜燒卷、鰻魚牛油果卷、FUMl素菜卷同雜錦辛香刺身太卷

有日式芝士年糕、雞皮餃子、海蝦、南瓜同秋葵
海蝦炸到外脆內軟,表層炸漿又唔厚,連唔太鍾意食炸嘢既我都覺得佢好好食👍🏻


雞皮餃子外層d雞皮炸到脆卜卜,內餡滿滿,油香十足,香口到爆👍🏻

有鹽燒宮崎雞翼、宮崎特產黑豚香腸、牛油燒粟米同鮮冬菇

壽喜燒嘅口味幾正宗,甜甜地真係啱晒我;飲完啖湯再將滿滿一大注又香又嫩又甘甜既宮崎牛-口吞既感覺真係令人超級回味,滿足到不得了🤗


✨季節限定:關東煮✨


關東煮既配料有雞蛋、白蘿蔔、魚蛋卷等;湯頭清甜,配料入味,食完之後個人全身都暖笠笠🤘🏻


甜品


甜品拼盤上枱既時候,職員會用乾冰整成煙霧效果,仙氣飄飄,打卡-流✌🏻


入面有齊Haagen Dazs雪糕、士多啤梨、哈密瓜、芝麻紅豆蕨餅同綠茶蕨餅😍咩都有d,為呢個咁豐富既一餐劃上一個好圓滿嘅句號。


除咗d野食夠晒高質、環境舒適、食物又refill得好快之外,呢度d特飲亦都毫不遜色,又靚又好飲😍
輕輕鬆鬆就回到本,今餐又係好值既-餐呢😍
