To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

三文魚餐

又到太子！這次到這間帶中國風的西餐廳。餐廳環境很有特色，幾舒服。餐具上有公雞圖案，很有特色。食物方面都唔錯！這是香草三文魚免翕排。其實我不知道什麼是三文魚免翕排...我想是三文魚扒的一種吧...這份三文魚免翕排肉質結實，味道跟一般三文魚一樣。接下來的是煙三文魚薄餅，共有六片pizza，每片Pizza上有一片三文魚及大量醬汁，薄餅底是脆皮薄批，脆卜卜，好好味。另外，我們還點了一份小食-水牛城雞翼。雞翼是剛剛炸好的，熱辣辣脆卜卜的雞翼，很美味。飲品分別是Oreo曲奇沙冰及芒果熱情果沙冰，味道不會太甜，炎炎夏日飲杯沙冰，很滿足。最後到甜品，紫薯草莓鬆餅。外脆內軟，鬆餅剛焗好，熱熱的，可惜發粉太多，有點苦。不過。整體這個晚餐很不錯，食物、環境都不錯，適合聚會！
