To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

都有一排冇去丼丼屋食飯，所以星期五夜晚就去咗食，發現佢哋轉左Menu，食開既剌身迷你丼已經冇咗年lu，但係因為都好想食啲刺身，所以今次就帶咗呢一個新野 - 迷你海鮮丼，然後再加沙律定食。迷你海鮮丼包括左三款好細嘅刺身飯，有三文魚飯，吞拿魚飯同帶子飯，分量非常少啱晒唔鍾意食飯嘅朋友。最鍾意係三文魚魚子飯嗰碗，三文魚非常新鮮，魚子一啲都唔腥，最唔鍾意係吞拿魚飯，淡而無味，又甩啲紅色出黎，非常麻麻，至於帶子，好普通，因為唔係大嗰啲帶子，有少少硬。
