睇過食評,做過功課先過嚟食。用3~6個月大嘅本地加美雞熬成的皇湯雞絲羹絕對必食,味道極為濃郁,啖啖精華。皇湯用小型瓦煲上,下面一直用蠟燭㷫熱令雞湯不會因溫度下降而「凝」油。自問唔算細食,不過食完隔一陣會覺得飽飽哋~ 另一碟有驚喜反而係complimentary 嘅頭盤,酸薑玉子豆腐。味道配搭恰到好處,唔怕酸薑搶味。龍帶玉梨香幾特別,皮薄而脆。唯一就係底部嘅梨有一份甜一份唔係好甜... 自己口味覺得應該配甜會好味d... 其他菜式好似焗蟹蓋、鮑汁扣鵝肝、清湯牛腩都唔錯,啖湯好清(可以想像撈河粉會勁正)。全部水準之內但唔會有特別驚喜。單尾炒飯略油... 呢個真係有d 失望。甜品方面,某youtuber 推介甜品楊支甘露為全港最好食... hm... 唔係lor。 味道冇問題,係好味嘅之但係我唔覺得係「最」好食。明明本來係想試另一個 chef recommendation 嘅甜品,真係可惜了我嘅quota。值唔值?我覺得食物水準,service 同環境都值呢個價位。只係唔係碟碟菜都好驚艷。由於佢係三星,所以本身對佢都好有期望,expectation 亦會相較提得更高。回頭的話會過嚟試下點心。
