放寬堂食限制,想同朋友仔去食海鮮,西貢又嫌佢貴,諗諗吓就睇OpenRice來到三聖邨評價好高嘅棠記海鮮小廚,可以喺外面海鮮街市買好海鮮(價錢都好合理),然後拎入去餐廳加工,加工費$75一斤,價錢相當公道。除此之外,仲有提供各款小菜可供選擇。菠蘿咕嚕肉 $138必食之選,咕嚕肉冇骨,肥瘦適中,咬落爽口,皮又夠脆。使用新鮮菠蘿,酸酸甜甜真不錯👍🏼炸鮑魚呢種烹調方式真係第一次試,鮑魚爽口彈牙,面頭脆皮,夠晒惹味。招牌鹹鵝$158鹹鮮之餘帶點鵝香,果然係招牌菜!鵝肉非常入味~
