To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

1:00到咗， 1:15入到去，要等半個鐘先有飯食🙂都明白繁忙時間需要等候，但等個個飯都半個鐘，放飯食都食唔切😂仲要唔催個飯都唔到，雖然係咁道歉，但放飯時間都係唔可以食😅🍴 三色魚生丼 $128 (7/10)前菜係蜆肉沙律，普通。個湯有少少海帶，個底有粟米，正常唔鹹。有三文魚，劍魚腩，油甘魚，油甘魚爽口有油香幾好食，其餘兩種正正常常，每樣有三塊，三文魚驚都係有三塊，飯正常有醋味，唔會太濕，加咗味素，勁怪😅份量偏小，食完都唔係好飽，魚生份量都唔算好多，因為好薄身，個人覺得呢個價錢個飯可以俾多少少，同以前相比真係差太遠啦，價錢貴咗份量少咗。推薦指數: 7/10食個飯要等成半個鐘，好唔建議放飯食，真係冇下次啦😅味道係正常嘅。
