To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

其實我次次去食譚仔又或者食三哥都係叫開大辣、或者特辣嘅，鍾意食辣果種程度，一般情況譚仔/三哥都可以滿足到我。咁呢個三酸撈薯粉，聽講話2020年第一次推出，當時好受歡迎，但講真，當年我真係未食過。呢家叫一下嚟試下，試完都真係幾失望。首先，酸又唔夠酸，無得加醋，醋酸味真係唔夠重手，到喉唔到肺。第二，辣又唔夠辣，譚仔/三哥真係好衰，其實佢地間間舖嘅（大辣、中辣、特辣）個標準都唔一樣。我食開辣嘅，都覺得佢地分店辣度好唔統一。有時叫中辣都覺得夠，有時叫大辣就好似3小辣咁上下。呢個撈薯粉，其實好簡單做法，希望佢地好好研究下個酸辣汁先再推出嚟。2/5分 ，果兩分係俾啲薄脆片。其他食材一般。衰在個汁度。
