To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好多人講起重慶大厦都怕怕，裡面好似汚煙瘴氣，又好驚俾D南亞裔人士圍，其實無乜好驚，人地都係揾兩餐啫。大業主成功響大厦裡面開辟咗個商場又另有出入口自成一國係一個聰明嘅做法。朝早成個商場淨係得呢度做生意所以都好靜侷，坐窗口位仲可以望吓街係大厦內其他食肆少有。幾大快餐集團以呢間嘅早餐最多款式，中西式都有好多款揀，要咗個魚柳、滑蛋、厚多士配奶茶（$21），魚柳雖非即炸但仍夠熱夠脆，滑蛋名副其實夠晒滑仲有蛋汁，多士就凍咗兼唔脆，而自吹自擂嘅奶茶就認真麻麻，唔香又唔滑。四樣得兩樣得又點值100分。
