To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

近排葵盛東商場開咗間譚仔三哥米線, 作為米線發燒友嘅我緊要去試下啦。店舖位於商場嘅地下, 鄰近商場主要出入口。一到午飯時間就有好多喺附近就讀學校嘅學生慕名而來幫襯。現場座無虛席。餐廳採用自助發飛系統,全自動叫號。我都等咗大約三分鐘就能夠入到位。我叫咗個蕃茄湯底嘅兩送米線, 嗰兩款送分別係豆卜同埋腩肉。一上枱個碗米線都超級大碗, 蕃茄湯底嘅香味撲鼻而來, 腩肉嘅份量相當多而且啲肉係肥瘦適中入口相當美味, 豆卜索曬番茄湯啲甜味, 可為係成碗米線嘅精華所在,非常好味！
