To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 喜歡咖喱的刺激,又偏愛素食的清新,聽從朋友的介紹,來到新意達。咖喱角,像小拳頭那麼大,份量十足,餡料非常豐富,表皮脆脆的,令人回味無窮。椰菜花配馬鈴薯咖喱,馬鈴薯軟綿綿,椰菜花透著辛辣,絕不會擔心吃到肥膩的皮和掃興的骨。可說是素食的好處之一。咖喱燴雜錦蔬菜,偏淡的咖喱,在清香的椰漿陪襯之下,吃得出與剛才那道的不同,各有千秋。芫荽洋蔥烤餅,配著咖喱,可以說是絕配。事實上,即便只是吃餅,也是滋味無窮呢。見到鄰桌的客人,都在吃這個煎餅,我們也來一客。外觀金黃,散發著誘人的香味。第一次吃,感覺很特別,你若是光顧,可別錯過呀。雖說我不怕辣,喝上一杯清涼的檸檬蘇打水,也是錦上添花了。這裡的出品,代表印度南部的風味,素食愛好者,喜好咖喱的朋友,值得一試再試。
