2:30pm同朋友路過中環,開始肚餓唔知食乜???本身小弟係牛痴,九記、水記都經常幫襯,下午茶其實都有好多選擇,但朋友仔偏偏話要食蔡san越南粉,之前都試過,排隊排到癲,唔係女朋友話一定要試要排隊嘅咪煩小弟,(上次經驗係,除咗蒜蓉牛油雞翼會想再食,牛河湯頭其實都叫合格,但就係少咗啲香料味,唔會話想特登搭車嚟食囉)今次朋友話想試吓唔洗排隊,門口見到又有新品上巿,就當比多次機會!!!今次坐樓上,都係得幾枱客,無上次lunch hour時咁嘈,我就叫咗順化牛肉粉,朋友仔就叫咗越式鷄絲湯河,小食都係試新嘢,鮮蝦扎肉米紙卷,芽車快(即椰菜鷄絲沙律),今次可能唔忙,侍應服務態度比上次好好多(上次要嗌三四次都未必有人理你),前後四分鐘左右兩碗粉就到喇!!!但其實我係想食咗小食先囉!!!下次幫襯都係先落小食飲品先再加單穩陣啲,我就偷朋友仔碗鷄絲湯試試,唔錯喎,眼睇好清,但好濃鷄味,仲有少少唔知蝦米定魚乾嘅香味,最重要係果少少啡色嘅葱油,畫龍點睛,本身平平無奇嘅湯都令到香氣撲鼻,但用鷄胸肉做鷄絲只能講有好有唔好,好就健康,唔好就鷄胸如果唔識處理就嚡到食柴咁,但我見朋友仔都食哂,我惗ok啩!!!我嘅順化牛

芽車快就好清新:汁料我惗用新鮮青檸汁調教已成,因為食落唔會話有出面用白醋果種死酸味!!!
鮮蝦扎肉米紙:老老實實,米紙卷本身無味,但佢地個汁唔會話好似坊間咁用魚露,係一個好似海鮮醬嘅味,但就夠厚身,可以掛住啲米紙卷,都ok啦!!!
總括嚟講,今次比上次嘅經驗就好好多喇,有少少驚喜,但都係唔洗排隊就會食
