今日陪老公係上水教波,教完波之後就喺附近覓食,老公係中餐愛好人士,但係又唔想去酒樓食飯,於是決定再戰「鋿晶館」,去食自家製品牌嘅中餐!今次我哋叫咗苦瓜炆䱽魚,苦瓜炆得好腍,唔會係死苦嘅味道,䱽魚煎完先再加芡汁去炆,所以入味得黎又唔會爛晒,甚至仲食到煙煙韌韌嘅魚邊邊位置!跟住叫左咕嚕燴蝦球,啲蝦球真係用一隻隻蝦去炸,無雪藏嘅味道!加上酸酸甜甜嘅醬汁,無得頂。配菜有青椒、菠蘿等等,中和一下成碟餸嘅油膩感。再叫咗個炸魚柳菠蘿包,魚柳炸得好香脆,加上生菜、蕃茄、青瓜,唔錯。特別在於個菠蘿包,令到成個魚柳包生色不少。侍應介紹我地食佢地好受歡迎嘅日式鰻魚飯,啲飯煮得粒粒分明,鰻魚汁好惹味,上面嗰隻蛋又煎得啱啱好,半熟流心咁,熱辣辣好好味,完全明白點解佢咁受歡迎!!最後叫咗兩杯嘢飲,凍冰冰,正!!不得不再提一下!!!大廚曾經係日本東京富麗華做左好多年,係煮野食比高管達人同明星食架,返左黎香港之都係好多間米芝蓮酒店同大型連鎖酒樓集團做過主管,經驗豐富,所以無論煮西餐中餐日式都好好食架!
