今天陪上流人士到中環的高級餐廳用餐。整個餐廳外國人較多,室外位置喝酒打卡十分chill。今次我們先坐室內用餐,夜了才坐外面因為氣溫沒那麼高。Golden Hokkaido king scallop, Lobster tail: 兩粒帶子配一條龍蝦尾,味道質感符合返餐廳的級數,惟份量較少。Japanese wagyu tenderloin A4: 叫了五成熟,外面煎香,裏面還是粉紅色,肉質軟腍。Sevva seafood risotto: 有半隻深海小龍蝦,其餘配料有,魚和少量魷魚等,飯味道足夠但有沙。Sevva salad: 有牛油果,豆腐乾,紅菜頭,等等,不是太特別。最低消費是每人一但main course,整體份量偏少,也是食環境,餐前上的兩份脆片,每份盛惠$110,但sparkling和still water便不用額外計費。Cocktails各有特色,最特別是那杯有辣椒的hotter than sex,味道不太甜有泰國風味。開了支12xx的紅酒,外面大約5-6xx,完全感受到中環溢價的威力。
