To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同長老們去完養和探BB,行下行下行到這裡，見肚餓長老們又喜歡食上海菜，就決定入來一試地方較細，已經坐滿人，我地等了約8分鐘就有位啦！內部裝置精緻，有一幅大上海外灘的圖、《滿江紅》一詩的屏風，更有蔡瀾先生的推薦《香港最好餐廳》侍應生有禮地領我地去坐位並菜單，選擇頗多，有午膳套餐，菜單都是雙語，唔怪得有數枱外籍人士食客啦！菜譜設計精美，圖文並茂，更有介紹可謂《弄堂》、《亞啦》，真係食野都學到地道方言，可能這間餐廳有四間分店，所以有好後生的QR code 意見表供食客表達意見，一點都不老套我地點左3個午市優惠：花鵰醉雞、回鍋肉及酸辣湯麵同小籠包，每個午市優惠都包一杯豆漿及菜飯/湯麵/白飯，凍飲加2元是常識吧，不過這裡凍飲唔加錢，反而是熱飲加1元，很適合我這些無凍飲不歡的人花鵰醉雞配菜飯+熱豆漿啖啖肉D雞入哂花鵰酒味，菜飯大碗，菜粒大細適中，有口感回鍋肉配菜飯+凍豆漿材料足，椰菜、紅椒、綠椒腍脆，豆干，豬肉片入味酸辣湯麵+凍豆漿酸中帶辣，不過唔嗆喉，麵份量多，材料都足有齊木耳、豆平，肉絲，最正的食完我地都唔口乾，證明真的無落味精，正宗住家菜小籠包皮厚薄適中，肉汁多，餡料入味豆漿大杯，豆味
