To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 聽講上海婆婆336出咗新菜式,今晚特別重來諗住試返一兩個新菜。餐廳位尖沙咀市中心熱鬧地段,店面布置簡約舒適,牆上掛有一些上海特色裝飾,展現了上海風情。每次必點鎮江小排骨($78)、四小拼($128)小竹荀新鮮爽脆,肴肉晶瑩剔透、烤麩帶有點煙燻味、小排骨糖醋入味,酸甜適中。家常豆腐($78)可以揀辣度,我揀小辣剛好是想要的口味,豆腐嫩滑,十分下飯。蔥爆牛肉($98)的牛肉質地軟嫩,蒜蔥爆香,回味無窮。上海粗炒($88)麵條軟硬適中,配料搭配得恰到好處,口感層次豐富。酸辣湯雲吞(5隻$68)、336上海小籠包(4隻$46)份量剛好,餡料飽滿多汁,皮薄而不易破裂。蝦籽豆腐面筋煲($80)是新菜式,主材料口感偏減,反而凸顯到蝦籽個味道,面筋不同以往食開那款,比較似魚腐,配上入味的豆腐,是一道別具特色的好菜。
