To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日又到跑馬地綿發街的將寶貝放給寵物店洗澡，又是機會到對面的「上海小巷」（即是上海弄堂）吃個午飯。蔡瀾推介，品質應該有保證。雖然有$88-98的一人抵食餐，但我今日胃口卻想吃菜肉雲吞和雪菜肉絲麵，於是散點了《菜肉雲吞4只併雪菜肉絲麵 $62》。菜肉雲吞是餐廳其中一個招牌菜，更是親自包製，菜肉餡大又多汁，皮亦彈牙滑溜，質素果然不差。雪菜份量多，微咸拌麵一流！《熱豆漿$14》入口能嚐到新鮮即磨的口感，質感滑溜，甜度剛好。《蒸銀絲卷 $18》蒸銀絲卷襯熱食最佳，因為包身會更軟腍有彈性，蘸上隨碟的煉奶更惹味。
