吾係老上海朋友介紹,真係吾知有上海老師傅,在工廠大廈默默耕耘,以大眾化價錢,用心做正宗上海菜,真材實料,我食婆婆煮的上海菜大,我連上海X飯店也看不上眼,偏偏在不起眼的工廠區內,這間飯堂裡食到家鄉的味道,是我家婆婆自家的味道,真係感動到😳😳先來個凍蟹,雖然係一般花蟹,卻是厚肉鮮嫩,再配上老闆秘製的醋,鮮味更見持出。上海人一般用黑色的陳醋,老闆秘製的是透明淡黃色,味道微甜帶小小酸,沒有陳醋的強勁,卻有醒胃之效果,尤其悶熱天時,老闆秘製的醋,帶出蟹的鮮味之餘,也有助開胃刺激食慾。😋😋😋油浸荀殼魚,外表用滾油泡或炸得甘香脆口,魚肉鮮嫩多汁,酒上蔥花,再淋上老闆秘製豉油,好味都不得了,有油炸效果的魚皮甘香脆口,又有蒸魚效果的魚肉鮮嫩,加上蔥油的微甜咸香,實在係無得頂!😋😋😋東坡肉,正正方方,飯碗大小的一人份量,肥瘦層次分明,咬落去,入口即溶,鬆化無比,完全不覺肥膩,大慨係師父工夫好,大部份肥油在泡油工序已迫晒出來,而且調味帶小小甜小小酸,進一步中和油膩感。蟠龍鱔,大大碟,件件超大件厚肉,鮮甜無比,沒有泥腥味,我一人就食了六七件。香酒煮螺,螺係細左D,但螺肉入味,彈牙有口感,佐酒一流。炒四季豆,韮
