To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 多年前曾經到訪尖沙咀「上海婆婆 336」,印象甚佳,最近知道店家增設放題形式,非常有興趣一試,故此,揩友同行,看個究竟。香港人一向甚為熱衷於放題餐廳,加上最近疫情緩和,大家「被困」已久,故今晚所見,座無虛席,全場爆滿,熱鬧非常。「滬式放題」每位$148+10%,分6:00pm及8:00pm兩輪,而多付$40,即$188+10%,便可以升級享用高級多一點的菜式,如蜜汁火方、蟹粉小籠包、花膠雲吞雞……等等!額外多付$12,更可汽水任飲。除了指定點菜紙外,外面還有些滬式包點、冷盤及甜點。客人也十分守規矩,都會戴上口罩才出來拿食物。我們小試數款,如鎮江小排骨、油燜小竹筍、酒醉毛豆、手拍黃瓜、鎮江肴肉、豆沙窩餅(在甜品那邊拿來的)……等等,着實不俗,極有滬菜風味。吃滬菜怎少得小籠包呢,小籠包外觀精緻,入口外皮厚薄適中,豬肉餡料新鮮甜味,湯汁甚豐。清炒河蝦仁用料不賴,粒粒雪白,且晶瑩剔透,味道鮮爽,肉質十分彈牙,沾點陳醋,蝦鮮味更為突出。二人份的花膠雲吞雞,剛好合我們的份量,賣相精緻。湯底帶濃郁雞香,火喉十足,清而不膩,大大件的花膠絕對是女士恩物,雲吞亦包得飽滿,甚好吃。有幸配上雞腿肉,吃來更嫩滑

醬爆雞丁充分反映出滬菜濃油赤醬的特色,醬汁推得極之惹味,配飯就更是一流。雞丁一口接一口吃過不停,還配了很多菇菌,很合口味。

甜品方面則有酒釀丸子、桂花蘆薈、亮晶晶冰粉及豆沙窩餅,沒有了擂沙湯圓,是有點點失望,幸而幾款甜品也不錯,難得少甜,更合我們心水,而其中的亮晶晶冰粉更有點驚喜感

順帶一提,餐廳對防疫都好上心,除入門口量體溫之外,還備有膠套供客人放口罩,以及另備額外口罩供不時之需。

最可恨的是今次來訪只是兩人,一些包點類、粉麵類過於飽肚的菜式就未有一試。整體而言,雖然款式算不上很多,但在尖沙咀區,晚市個人消費一、二百也是差不多,但轉為可任吃的放題,就變得更划算了
