To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上海菜之《上海婆婆336》呢間上海婆婆336，之前已經食過一次，今日再翻兜，因為覺得食物有質素，餐廳環境大，台與台之間距離遠，同朋友傾計都唔會太噪，6點半入座時唔多人，不過之後都高朋滿座，野生椒魚皮：魚皮非常爽口，而且椒辣味十足，好惹味。紅油抄手(6隻)：川菜馳名既小吃，味道麻麻香香，唔算十分辣，餡料十足。上海小龍包(4隻)：皮非常薄，口感細膩，湯汁充足，入口後滿口都係高湯，味道不錯。蟹粉賽螃蟹多士：秋天呢個季節唔少得蟹粉既菜式，蟹粉賽螃蟹面上蟹粉超級多，蛋白粒粒大小平均，加上鮮味蟹糕蟹肉，放上香脆既多士上面，口感及味道一流。孜然牛肉：牛肉軟嫩有口感，洋蔥炒得入味，孜然香氣十分濃。炒鱔糊拌麵：份量都大碟，鱔糊好新鮮，每條都又粗又厚, 口感結實，配料蔥段有清香味，麵條每條都沾上獎汁，十分好味。總結，餐廳出餐快，食野有質素。
