之前一直想試餐廳內的羅宋湯,一入去只見得兩個人食緊,食客可其少,心諗: 難道唔好食墊檯既紙,講緊左餐廳既羅宋湯由來。原來上海西餐都有段歷史,大家可以用少少時間睇下。重點推介:羅宋湯(湯底濃和稠)牛腩羅宋湯配上海麵味道足夠,唔會太辣,夠濃,夠稠,配上海麵,夠特別亦配合上海西餐意思。豬骨羅宋湯配拉麵平時羅宋湯都係用牛做底,但依間有用豬骨整成既湯底,適合唔食牛既人士,都可以一嘗羅宋湯既滋味。味道上,牛做湯底,相對會濃郁少少,但豬骨都可以一試。題外話:餐廳播放住熟識既廣東話歌,一邊聽,一邊食,幾好。

味道上,牛做湯底,相對會濃郁少少,但豬骨都可以一試。

題外話:餐廳播放住熟識既廣東話歌,一邊聽,一邊食,幾好。
