To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一般與朋友聚會，西餐必然是我的首選，但今次突然想試試正宗上海菜。於是，我們一行三人決定到位於上環的「香港老飯店」。「香港老飯店」是一間主打上海菜的中菜館，不但保留懷舊風格，提供正宗上海菜式，而且菜式亦同時迎合我們香港人的口味。餐牌內的菜式選擇很多，有選擇困難的友人本打算直接點選套餐的。最後，我們被附圖的推薦菜式吸引，所以放棄了套餐，選擇了單叫。我們叫了棒棒雞($128)、南翔小籠包($140/10隻)、蔥爆牛肉($120)、乾扁四季豆($108)、醬燒茄子($108)、揚州炒飯($120)及高麗豆沙($60/4個)。棒棒雞 $128即雞絲粉皮，這裡的粉皮比一般吃到的爽滑，望落晶瑩剔透，口感不錯。南翔小籠包 $140/10隻小籠包皮薄餡靚，肉汁多，而且鮮甜美味。蔥爆牛肉 $120很有鑊氣，肉質嫩滑，夠入味。乾扁四季豆$108，醬燒茄子 $108，揚州炒飯 $120四季豆及茄子一上菜便香味撲鼻，令人胃口大開。這兩道菜配揚州炒飯真的是不二之選。高麗豆沙 $60/4個值得推介！看到外表並不大吸引，但原來內裡的豆沙餡不少，而且十分幼滑，甜度適當。十分美味的甜品。不得不提，其實餐牌上是10個的價錢
