To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

現在好少去跑馬地，但以前呢區都幾熟，今日喺附近做完嘢搵午餐食，以前食開嘅茶餐廳唔見咗，俾我搵到呢間好野，平實水準及價格，雲吞做得好，皮唔太薄有實在感，扎扎實實包住豐富的豬肉菜餡料，無需要花巧，我點的是紅油抄手，有紅油香口一點，不辣。呢間店的好處是可以貪心啲食多款組合，好似我今日咁又想食醉雞、又想食擔擔麵，唔係只得白飯同菜飯揀。醉雞肉滑皮爽，酒香夠，擔擔面醬汁濃，味道豐富，叫中辣都得，唔係四川嘅高辣度。見到紅燒肉菜飯好似好得，尤其嗅聞到醬汁嘅香，下次再嚟試。午餐送豆漿。
