今日約左舊同事食飯,由於我們都是港島區返工,其中一人提議去炮台山新開的大元樓。晚餐時份,門口已經企滿人,餐館內人流水洩不通,我們需要等半小時才有位。門口傳單$28隻乳鴿好吸引,點知我們落單時已經沽清😭,好可惜。由於舊同事鍾意食雞,所以我們叫了幾款由雞做的餸。我們點了以下既餸:小籠包:皮薄,要小心翼翼用筷子🥢由頂端夾起小籠包,再沾上醋,湯及醋在口中配合得天衣無縫。擔擔麵:酸辣,份量都唔小,湯底濃郁。宮保雞丁:辣,喜歡辣的要必食。口水雞:辣,雞肉很滑,喜歡辣的要必食。砂窩雲吞雞:材料足,好鮮甜,一試難忘。瑤柱蛋白炒飯:香味撲鼻,蛋白滑,瑤柱香,粒粒分明,垂涎三尺🤤甜品本想叫高力豆沙,但餐館仍未有提供😭唯有叫豆沙鍋餅。豆沙鍋餅:豆沙餡料,炸至金黃香脆,微甜,正👍🏻
