To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天在跑馬地探完朋友， 朋友帶我們到附近吃上海菜。 原來跑馬地入面都有很多不同的食肆，在寧靜的街道上 我們到了上海的某一個角落。店內的裝修很骨子坐位不算多， 看著那幅大型的上海灘油畫及吃著美味的上海菜， 令人彷彿置身上海似的。 我們點了很多美食～小籠包是經典之作，皮薄餡靚～ 小籠包內的湯汁更是滿瀉，令人不禁想吃多幾個。簡單而滿足的銀絲卷，熱辣辣軟綿綿的～只須點一些煉奶，兒時的感覺直上心頭。沙鍋雲吞雞無味精的湯底用了金華火腿淆制， 精華吸收了在滑雞及菜肉雲吞內，足料又低食。最後來一客上海豆沙鍋餅，香甜燙咀外脆內軟。豆沙是我的最愛，紅豆清香，口感綿密，甜而不膩。
