一入門口就會見到一個開放式透明廚房,見到啲師傅喺度整小籠包、麵線,都幾有上海菜嘅感覺。因為佢係上海菜mix日本菜,所有啲菜式都比較特別。我自己就叫千層豬扒擔擔麵同埋雞肉小籠包,佢都會有一啲基本嘅上海菜同日本菜,例如天婦羅丼同埋擔擔麵咁。千層豬扒擔擔麵 ($78)本身唔知道千層豬排係乜嘢嚟,直到上菜先知。原來佢將豬肉搭成一層層,再當係豬扒咁樣去炸。至於擔擔麵,我個人就麻麻地。呢個擔擔麵唔重花生醬味,係比較重川椒味嘅感覺。咁我就覺得味道一般,唔同平時食開嘅擔擔麵。而佢嘅麵唔算稱得上彈牙,一般。雞肉小籠包 ($52)一般嘅小籠包用豬肉做餡,可能因為fusion 菜關係,所以用上雞肉。小籠包用一個四方形盒裝住,四個小籠包上菜外表都唔錯。 小籠包皮唔算厚,岩岩好,但係食落去感覺同豬肉小籠包相近(90%),只係口感硬少少。所以,我就覺得大家都唔使刻意去試。後話: 如果唔係方便工作地點,我諗我唔會去嘅。😀
