這天同事生日,去了公司附近的鐵板燒慶祝。因為16個人所以當天包了全場,己經坐滿了。我們cutomized了一個餐單,人均約$2000(另外點了兩支Sake和人頭一至兩杯的巨峰提子Cocktail),當天我們點了每人一份燒生蠔、燒帶子、銀雪魚、燒龍蝦、鮑魚、當然少不了我最愛的鵝肝和和牛薄燒。鵝肝厚切,油香滿溢。也特別介紹一下鮑魚,彈牙爽口,配搭香濃鮮味十足的鮑魚肝汁。整體食物質素都不錯,對得住價錢!另外甜點則是焦糖多士,印象特別深,因為連不好甜點的我也覺得非常美味,吃了兩大塊,哈哈!
