Dinner. Chef Ming came highly recommended. 3 private rooms: a smaller one and 2 bigger ones (each seating 7) that can be combined into an even bigger room. Here’s what we had.Appetizers: Salad and 螺 with turnips 澳洲鮑魚 with liver sauce. Chef noted that this massive abalone was wild caught, as one could tell from its jet black edges. 澳洲龍蝦 served with bottarga slices.金鯛魚- perfectly cooked. The fins were crispy; meat was tender.蝴蝶蚌 served with minced garlic. The shells spread out, resemble butterfly wings, hence the name. My first time eating this, which apparently is a rare seasonal item. Indeed, loved the sweet fleshy taste. A4 西冷厚切 served with big garlic slices. Garlic was perfectly done.Fried rice, which was another work of art. Each grain was perfectly fluffy, moist, and flavorful. Chef recommended adding celery cubes for balance. Love that chef used seasonings sparingly- could hardly taste any black pepper at all. [ 天寶鐵板燒 ]最近朋友介紹上環地鐵站附近呢間日式🇯🇵餐廳,以吧枱式設計主打兩大主題:日式鐵板燒、刺身及壽司,仲可以包廂體驗,私隱度夠高👍🏻。餐廳會每日採購世界各地時令海產,包括澳洲鮑魚、龍蝦、貝類等等,現場鮮宰製作料理,食材新鮮。✿ 澳洲鮑魚二人前晚餐 $2520 (2位) 套餐有前菜、沙律、澳洲鮑魚、大蝦、季節海鮮、清酒煮大蜆、牛肉、炒雜菜、炒飯及甜品,款式豐富。1.前菜日本白粟米🌽配胡麻醬,白粟米香甜多汁。2.沙律🥗沙律菜清新爽脆。3.澳洲鮑魚選用新鮮澳洲深海野生黑邊鮑魚。鮑魚有手掌咁大隻,好厚肉,上枱時依然生猛新鮮。師傅先將鮑魚去殼起肉,切成片狀,再以三個不同方法烹調鮑魚,能夠食到唔同風味。第一個煮法係將鮑片燒熟後,簡單加柚子皮調味,味道清新;第二個係經典煮法,鮑片加入牛油及清酒煮,味道較濃味;第三個煮法以鮑魚肝醬配搭鮑片及鮑魚裙邊。鮑魚肝醬加甜酒調味,味道唔甘口。三個煮法都做到鮑片鮮美多汁,肉質爽滑,口感彈牙😋。4.大蝦🦐師傅先將大虎蝦去頭拆殼挑腸,蝦肉煎熟後會係表面加上蝦膏汁及一片片鱘魚子條,好有特式。鱘魚子條係由新鮮魚子醬壓除水分後再熟成而成,所以魚子醬鮮味會好強烈。5.季節海鮮刺身級原隻北寄貝大隻厚肉,味道甘鮮,肉質爽滑。6.清酒煮大蜆師傅將清酒🍶倒落錫紙容器後,再加少少指天椒🌶️點火🔥烹煮鳳紋蜆。蜆肉肥美厚肉,肉質鮮甜,帶微辣及清酒香甜味。7.牛肉🐮🥩套餐配美國🇺🇸牛肉厚及薄燒,或可加+$600升級日本🇯🇵A4佐賀和牛。師傅分別以厚燒及薄燒方式處理日本🇯🇵和牛。厚燒方面,師傅將厚切日本和牛扒切成粒狀及條狀;薄燒方面,師傅先將蔥花及蒜片放喺和牛薄片之上,捲起後將兩面和牛肉煮至五成熟。另一煮法係只將一面和牛薄片燒至全熟有焦香感,蒜片香脆。和牛入口即化,油脂豐富🤤。8.炒雜菜🌱芽菜清熱,有助解油膩👍。9.炒飯🍚除咗和牛牛脂及蔥花,師傅仲加入芹菜炒飯,配搭特別。飯粒炒至乾身,粒粒分明。10.甜品焦糖多士🍮🍞師傅好有耐性咁以長時間令多士受熱後變焦糖化,多士口感非常鬆脆香口。雪糕🍨口味有焙茶、綠茶、冧酒提子、開心果等。總結🫦 呢間日式餐廳嘅鐵板餐料理用料高級,海鮮食材新鮮,師傅細心地按食客口味調味。餐廳除咗吧枱座位更有獨立包房,私隱度高。✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿天寶鐵板燒地址:上環文咸東街22-26號柏廷坊UG樓電話:2885 1578✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿ continue reading

係香港都試過好幾間鐵板燒 好似和三眛 花盃 阪神等等 自己覺得性價比最高就係天寶鐵板燒🥰因為之前係中上環返工 想搵個坐得舒服又價錢合理既餐廳食個business lunch 最後揀左天寶 果然冇失望☺️間唔中都會黎食最近同屋企人去左天寶食lunch 叫左天寶特選二人前(HKD1390 for two),包括:前菜、刺身、龍蝦🦞、特選鵝肝、清酒煮大蜆同埋美國牛肉🥩厚及薄燒🥰大部份鐵板燒餐廳都需要客人牛肉要揀薄燒定厚燒 但天寶好貼心安排個set 包晒兩樣☺️ 食物質素同預期一樣 好味但就唔會好驚喜 牛肉可以用靚少少 不過整體黎講我係收貨 滿意既😋 continue reading

我同朋友一行七個人今次去天寶食日式鐵板燒首先令人印象深刻既係師傅好有心機手作炒特大蒜片,係真係炒得好香,啲蒜味好濃郁,真係一啖就上癮!接著就係最令人期待嘅澳洲鮑魚,兩大隻超肥美,啖啖都係新鮮嘅鮑魚肉,好滋味!而且個份量好足,一齊食完都係一種享受!美國牛肉厚及薄燒都非常之好,師傅特別調製味道非常之嫩滑,而且加埋啲醬汁一齊食,真係好好味,仲有薄牛肉就係切得好細,燒得啱啱好,味道非常之鮮美,好適合小食!北海道海膽就唔洗講啦,即日係日本空運到港,呢度冷品係真係非常驚喜,食落去好甜而且鮮味十足,大愛!而焯燒彖拔蚌都好爽口清甜最後就係金鯛,師傅用油先焯熟魚皮魚鱗,再特別調制魚湯,令到食落去一啖香氣四溢,味道非常之鮮美,個魚肉又好嫩,真係一個非常之好嘅菜式!總括而言,食材都算新鮮,師傅嘅手藝不錯👌🏻 continue reading
