To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢排喺上環做嘢，唔想食嚟食去都係嗰啲連鎖食肆，咁就搵吓區內有咩美食啦😳比我見到蘇杭街呢度，呢間車仔麵店平日都好多人嚟排隊，係想食都冇辦法個隻😢決定咗搵日一定要嚟食 所以今日特登12點之前就去到 果然啲人未放飯 舖頭冇咩人🤪一入到黎 望一望就寫張單比老細 要咗個麻辣兩餸（叫咗豬頸肉同埋豬大腸）麵加罐可樂$36 係上環區算抵食啦😉 車仔面最緊要係個湯 首先講吓個湯頭先 唔加辣嘅話 只係比較普通嘅雞湯 但係佢個麻辣醬好勁好「供」鼻令到成碗湯好爽🤤呢度係加咗分嘅 啲油面偏硬身 幾好🤗兩樣餸之中呢 豬頸肉比較好食 切得夠厚有咬口 反而大腸唔夠入味同埋太淋 冇咩口感 下次唔洗叫！比7️⃣分‼️
