To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前聽過朋友介紹上環差館上街有間主打上海水餃、雲吞、煎餃嘅餐廳，好似幾好味。今日經開西營盤就順便去埋上環試下佢，睇下咪真係咁正。囍八方嘅餃子聽聞全部都係每日用新鮮蔬菜、豬肉手工製作，百分百無味精，即包即賣，唔會留過夜。今日嗌呢個囍八方煎韮菜鮮豬肉餃 ($36) 嘅餃子皮煎到金黃酥脆，一咬就聽到卜卜脆嘅聲音。韭菜香味突出，豬肉亦帶肉汁，味道好濃郁。 另一個骨膠鮮魚湯鮮蝦菠菜餃 ($52) 一碗有八粒，粒粒飽滿多汁。湯餃皮透薄滑溜，見到入面透出粉嫩蝦肉同墨綠色菠菜，好足料。骨膠鮮魚湯呈奶白色，魚味香濃，帶淡淡胡椒味，一d都唔腥，我成碗飲曬。 囍八方冷泡茶 ($26) 亦都唔錯，清涼爽口，而且無糖好健康。
