燒烤堂插旗上環九如坊,店面寬闊,裝修清新。今晚過黎刷番餐,發現呢度食物種類繁多,今次試左以下:鹽墝A4宮崎和牛 $58,係名貴嘅A4和牛,但對我黎講都係比較油膩,每咬一啖都爆油咁。鹽燒牛小排 $38,呢款反而有番平衡,牛味重之餘,口感亦係比較實在一啲,唔會好油。汁燒橫隔理肌 $28,呢個汁燒係眼前一亮,甜甜地嘅味道,加上軟糯嘅肉感。麻辣豚肉韭花卷 $22,係經典嘅串燒。麻辣燒白鱔 $48,呢串就稍微乾身,無左白鱔嗰種油感。雞皮墨魚滑 $38,第一見,個概念應該有啲似雞軟骨月見棒,不過用左墨魚滑,面頭仲上脆身嘅雞皮。手釣墨魚鬚 $22,呢個切開穿成一串,感覺可以再燒多一陣。牛油果野菜沙律 $58,超大盤,沙律爽口,而黑松露醬亦好特別!燒萵筍伴蟹膏 $26 ,呢個第一次見,幾得意。牛油蒜蓉焗雜菇 $38,雜菇爽口,牛油加上蒜蓉亦令味道非常豐富。日本芝士年糕 $38 ,呢個有驚喜,中間流心,外面煙韌,仲可以點煉奶。食串燒又點可以唔飲啤酒,今次揀左Sapporo $48,花香嘅啤酒最啱我。今日埋單$508。
