To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 聽說香港老飯店這間上海菜館很久今天第一次到來吃午飯。 正如朋友形容,由於飯店樓底比較矮,如滿座都頗嘈吵😑食物方面都是點一些前菜、點心及麵食。燻蛋 - 煙燻味不太重但巧妙地配上琥珀合桃原來味道很夾😋炒腸粉 - 朋友覺得好味但自覺跟其他酒樓分別不大。 蓮藕夾 - 雖然賣相一般但外面蓮藕煎得香脆中間夾了好像是魚肉,幾特別。蒸素餃 + 煎鍋貼(唔記得影相😅)- 無乜特別。蔥油煨麵 - 細細碗而且唔及其他飯店的葸油拌麵咁香咁好味,少少失望⋯⋯芝麻大餅 - 個人最喜歡😍😍😍底面香脆加上芝麻香味中間鬆軟好鬼正👍🏼因為時間太趕而且都好飽今餐無食甜品lu☕️
