To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

雖然上環好多cafe，但係偶然都想試下唔同嘅嘢，所以今日就去咗榮華南洋冰室，餐廳裝修都幾有特色，所以都幾容易搵到。因為實在太熱嘅關係，一嚟我哋就嗌左兩杯嘢飲，分別係菊花露同埋柑桔蜜，貪佢哋比普通嘢飲健康。菊花露飲落去甜甜哋，飲落覺得消暑。柑桔蜜就相對冇咁甜，而且飲落去仲好濃嘅柑桔味，直頭好似用平時屋企人自製嘅柑桔沖。我叫咗個冬陰功牛柳粒金邊粉，冬陰功金邊粉味道濃郁，見到店主有心思咁落咗好多香料，煮起嚟更加入味，酸度同辣度都平衡得啱啱好。牛柳粒係分開上嘅，炒得非常之有火喉，而且有啲紅椒絲、青椒絲、蘿蔔片同豆卜做配菜。朋友叫咗個冬陰功湯海鮮金邊粉，誠意十足，有好多唔同嘅海鮮，包括青口、魷魚圈等等，同樣地用咗好多香料去煮，唔單止金邊粉，就連海鮮都入晒味。
