To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

喺香港有唔少小店都好有特色，值得我哋去細味同發掘！而上環除咗有唔少舊香港情懷嘅餐廳，都有唔同嘅菜式，呢間榮華南洋冰室顧名思義就係主打南洋風，由裝修以至餐牌設計都好有南洋風味，我哋放假嚟到，就享受一吓慢活嘅一天啦！泰式鳳爪鳳爪少少酸又少少辣，好開胃！而鳳爪份量好多，好抵食。常餐常餐可以話係每間冰室menu嘅必有項目，當然榮華南洋冰室都有。呢度除咗可以選擇福麵做底，亦可以選擇檬粉或轉配咖央多士。而最抵讚係個香茅豬扒，香茅味超香濃，豬扒入味，而肉質唔會死實，加上香腸、火腿同炒蛋，呢個常餐夠晒豐富。海南雞髀飯食南洋美食，又點少得海南雞飯呢？呢度嘅海南雞飯配上雞髀，重點係唔洗加錢，好抵食呀！雞髀已預先去骨，食落啖啖肉，又香又滑，配上泰式辣醬或薑油，味道層次又係另一境界。（記住Like同Share畀朋友）By A姐M佬 玩樂日記 www.aandmdiary.com
