To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上環好味車仔麵

今日開完會，返到公司見肚餓，於是便落街去麵尊醫肚。麵尊是阿P介紹我去的，他說麵尊的格局及食物都乾淨企理，於是便同我去試，點知一試就上癮。這裡每份食物都只售$8元，這碗車仔麵售價$32元：米線($8)、咖哩魷魚($8)、豬紅($8)、冬菇($8)。這裡的豬紅是我的致愛，夠實淨，滷得夠入味。另外亦推介麵尊的蘿蔔，每次食都清甜無渣。係上環食車仔麵，PJ會推介這裡。不過麵尊好早收舖的，不做夜市，大家別晚上來摸門釘啊！

 另外亦推介麵尊的蘿蔔，每次食都清甜無渣。係上環食車仔麵，PJ會推介這裡。不過麵尊好早收舖的，不做夜市，大家別晚上來摸門釘啊！
