To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上環店食完必定返轉頭

每逢星期六送咗小朋友上興趣班，必定周圍搵嘢食。西營盤、上環，其實試過不少cafe、小店、冰室，都係獨愛上環麵尊。先講味道，相信不少人會比較上環與銅鑼灣分店。真係唔同！上環湯底味濃，唔係死硬咸；車仔餸常食有：雞翼、豬紅、大腸、冬菇、豬頸肉、牛腩，全部入味夠淋，質素穩定，未試過失望。另外，叫多蔥唔hea你，明白顧客需要，有圖；雖然我食唔到好辣，但麵尊個麻辣醬，真係無得頂，食過返唔到轉頭。再講服務，2位男士1位姐姐，位位好友善。其實好幾次都5點幾遲咗摸門釘，但今日我5pm前打電話去同佢哋講真係嚟緊，最後5.06pm先到都等埋我哋，要講聲sorry真係阻住你哋收工，但你哋3位仍然以禮相待，呢個年頭有你哋真係好難得，有味道+服務，香港飲食業有救～
