To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上環復古打卡Cafe

位於上環地鐵站A2出口對面名為稍息的Cafe，一直bookmark咗好耐，今日終於有機會去食，星期日的下午一點多啲，cafe唔算好多人，榻榻米係依間cafe嘅打卡位都未有人坐，主食方面叫咗日式野菌豚肉卷$170加配日本醬油蛋$12及壽喜燒汁慢煮牛柳$198 ，飲品叫咗咖啡Dirty$45及開心果拿鐵$60，最後叫咗甜品焦糖香草巴斯克蛋糕$64，先講甜品，蛋糕中間口感比較軟身呈流心狀，上邊有一層脆卜卜嘅焦糖，增加層次感，而蛋糕邊位有少少似紐約芝士蛋糕嘅質感，一件蛋糕有擁有不同的口感，味道不會過甜👍🏻好味😋，開心果拿鐵，聞得出有開心果香味，飲落亦都有開心果特有嘅味道，口感比較厚身，重點係個拉花拉得好靚，好考技巧，至於主食方面，豚肉卷同牛柳肉質鮮嫩，唔乾身，加埋隻日本蛋撈飯一流👍🏻，價錢方面真係幾貴下，尤其係主食，不過味道同環境係不錯，非常適合打卡.
