Posso 嘅menu設計以簡潔為主,菜式會定期更新,分small同big兩類食物選擇,small dish大概3-4啖食完,big dish大概6-7啖,由於餐廳特色係small bite,三個女仔都可以點成10款食物🫣所以Posso絕對適合幾個女仔甚至小鳥胃嘅朋友一齊探訪。環境同氣氛亦好chill,輕鬆地同朋友傾吓偈,update吓近況🍷7月中去嘅時候menu啱啱更新咗,所以有少許不幸嘅係之前有啲菜式本來想試但已經冇機會試到,不過新menu菜式同樣吸引,完全冇令我哋失望😗最印象深刻嘅Small一定係Millefoglie,第一次食鹹食嘅拿破崙,餡料用kale,beet同mascarpone混合而成青醬,冇草青味之餘,仲勁夾,外層酥皮亦夠酥脆。Cod Arancini係幾出色嘅吉列魚柳,炸過後嘅魚肉唔乾柴,仲保留到鮮嫩嘅肉質。相比small,big嘅食物更得我哋歡心,味道會相對地濃郁啲。必點主食莫過於Cannelloni,係一道較冷門嘅意大利菜式。手工蛋皮捲住啲肉醬然後拎去焗,蕃茄醬汁係非常濃厚,真心好食😋Lobster & potato本來以為薯仔做咗薯蓉,點知底下嘅係粟米醬泥,反

Gnocchi雖然偏油膩嘅一份主食,但係又幾特別,有別於一般嘅gnocchi。用蕃薯代替薯仔做成意式丸子,再將gnocchi煎,有啲似煎年糕帶啲微甜,口感煙煙韌韌🍠西蘭花苗同牛肝菌乾炒埋一齊嘅配搭看似九唔搭八,但又有恰到好處嘅和諧感🥦

可能我哋已經享用完前三碟偏濃味嘅主食,Ink Cavatelli就顯得偏淡口味,自家製貝殼粉的確煙靭,魷魚都新鮮,只係如果排第一道上嘅主食會更好。Red Snapper係fusion菜式,紅衫魚煎得夠香脆,配上XO醬基本上都唔會錯得去邊😆最後食埋tiramisu畫上完美句號,味道都唔錯,杏仁酒同朱古力粉味會較重🍫
