To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

17.1.2007 (Wed)最近，係上環信德中心新開間元氣壽司，舖唔係好大，所以一到12:30 p.m. lunch hour 就有好多人排隊。我終於有機會試喱間元氣啦，我1個人叫：三文魚壽司($9) –塊三文魚薄北寄貝壽司($12) –幾爽，O.K.燒墨魚鬚壽司($9) –幾等別，記住加埋燒汁一齊食炸蝦卷($15) –隻炸蝦仲熱，証明新鮮整炸魚皮($15) –好脆，我次次都叫元氣質素真係好過元祿妤多。
