To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早排嚟咗呢間超近上環地鐵站嘅日式和風餐廳，裝修好有日本風仲有榻榻米座位，非常適合打卡🍱全日定食有5款，我就揀咗香煎三文魚扒 ($168)🥢定食包括主食、茶碗蒸、漬物、湯同飯，我仲加配咗日本醬油蛋 (+$12)。三文魚都煎得頗香脆仲要一啲都唔乾，蜆湯味道清甜，茶碗蒸口感嫩滑，整體嚟講都幾不錯，有一種去咗日本人屋企食飯嘅感覺😆 不過日本醬油蛋都幾鹹，有啲後悔加配咗🙈
