位於磅巷既Resbyne 店面非常別緻, 以黑白色作主調, 簡約但不失型格雖然店鋪空間不大,但都有7台 2-4人枱裡面氣氛比較親切, 無一般西餐個種距離感侍應及大廚都似係尼泊爾人,所以都好熱情今日叫左兩份SET DINNER, 每人計埋加一 $350有3個COURSE, 上環小店黎講呢個價錢相當貼地首先黎左兩塊好香既蒜蓉包Appetizers 揀左Burrata 同 Seared ScallopBurrata係一種義大利牛奶起司, 切開之後搞拌沙律或直接食已經好正入口好順滑, 牛乳味非常濃郁!!Seared Scallop需要另外+$20用高溫將兩邊帶子煎香鎖住肉汁再配上Keta Caviar三文魚子帶子煎得剛剛好, 仲包留到鮮甜主菜 Linguine Alle Vongole如果去茶餐廳必叫既係乾炒牛河. 去意大利餐廳就必叫白酒蜆肉意粉意粉既質感, 蜆肉既熟度同埋意粉汁3樣就可以睇到廚師既功夫扁意粉烹調得不太軟的, 有嚼勁既AL DENTE一般意粉追求醬汁剛好掛晒係每條麵上, 但呢道菜反而要有點汁先好食蜆肉剛熟, 甜味突出Spaghettis Al SalmonPink sauce
