To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一開始我都有啲懷疑,呢兩樣嘢一齊食會唔會好怪,點知一試又幾正wo!🍅咬落去,豐富嘅汁水“啵”一聲就爆開,酸酸甜甜,好清新嘅果香,再match埋一啲淡雪鹽,鹹味好微妙,唔會蓋過番茄本身嘅酸甜,反而將番茄嘅鮮味完全提昇上嚟,就好似幫番茄嘅味道加咗個強化buff 😍

一上碟,黑梅貝就超吸睛,貝殼烏黑油亮,好似打磨過嘅黑寶石💎,入面的肉質豐腴飽滿,咬落又香又彈牙

蟹肉好新鮮嫩滑又帶有彈性,好有嚼勁

🍮最後仲有自家製抹茶奶凍作為呢一晚嘅ending 😻不得一讚呢個奶凍真係好正🤤質感順滑,入口即溶,唔會太甜,岩岩好👍🏻而抹茶嘅味道濃郁,但又唔會太苦,甜品控一定唔會失望 ‼️
