To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐冇行中上環,今日專程來走一走,順便買些海味做年貨,行到餓,見到這間Omakase,便入去試一試。試了十一道廚師發板,真的很滿意這餐廳!蒸蛋滑且鮮,很好!竹炭鹽墨魚搭配柚子汁,鹹甜相宜,口感豐富。北海道帆立貝新鮮肥美,鮮甜,嚼勁很好👍🏻左右口魚和莫金鯛(赤鱲魚)的質地細膩,鮮美無比。深海池魚的魚肉嫩滑多汁,帶有獨特的海水味😋野生油甘魚酸辣適中,調味提升了魚肉的美味。拖羅手卷入口即化,肥美鮮香。池魚細切,細膩的口感令人無法抗拒。北海道馬糞海膽的濃郁鮮甜,讓人想一試再試😘竹簽魚配蒜蓉汁,香氣四溢,蒜香濃郁,完美平衡。麵豉湯和杏仁咖啡雪糕作為這次的用餐畫上完美句號。又有力氣再行吓D打卡位。開心。
