Restaurant: 車仔麵世家
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上環有好多唔同嘅菜式，但有時都想食下車仔麵，於是去左上環車仔麵世家，呢間舖唔多大，衹係小舖一間，可能好多人買外賣關係，午餐時份呢度都可以揾到位坐低食😄，不過呢度係無乜空間感，而且位置係佢編排，食客係先排隊買粉麵，如果堂食就會有個姐姐話俾你知跟住坐邊，食物係自助的（叫完等煮好自己拎埋位）呢度麵餐係全日供應，連飲品，三餸餐$45。四餸五矩餸分別係$50及$55。汽水係細支裝汽水，揀左3餸同可樂今日選左河粉，三餸有魚蛋、春卷同大腸，麵入面有些少菜及芽菜，揀左佢嘅秘製沙嗲醬，些少微辣的，湯底味道都唔錯，但唔係超濃個款
