Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上環同一條街都有2-3間車仔麵而其中一間比較好食同常食 一定係麵尊多款底 餸好食 湯底正 每逢中午好多人門口等位叫外賣有時行開見到太多人 又冇電話早落單都未必食到質素維持得幾好 不過味道偏重既 反而更加有老香港的味道.冬菇 羅白 豬頸肉 紫菜 (原本叫酸齋) 米線👍冬菇炆得好淋好入味 又唔會太咸 而且好嫩冇渣👍羅白好清甜好入味好嫩冇渣👍豬頸肉 好爽口唔會太淋 好滑👉酸齋 還我還我 酸齋係必食既 酸酸甜甜 岩岩好 最緊要吸曬d湯超好味👉小弟唔係好食得辣 聽人講辣/咖哩湯底幾好食 湯底腩汁幾入肉味 不過有少少偏甜👉米線的淋度岩岩好 不過個人喜歡較煙韌爽身D既米線推介指數: ⭐⭐⭐⭐/5外賣冇環境服務評分
